  • 24/7 Access to physician via phone & e-mail

  • Personalized Health Care
  • After Hour Urgent Care in your home
  • Yearly Developmental & Behavioral Consults
  • Free prenatal -or- discounted postpartum lactation consulting visit by MilkSupport
  • Comprehensive developmental or behavioral screens at 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15–24 months
  • Integrative medicine: Chinese herbal medicine and infant massage
  • Autism screening

Both physicians have admitting privileges at
Marin General Hospital and California Pacific Medical Center.

 

Access Fees

$165 per month per family

Provides 24/7 direct access to physicians via cell phone & secure email access to offered services.

You may be able to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Savings Accounts for your access fee.
Please check with your Account Administrator.

 

 

Professional fees

Physician fees typically range from $100 – $350 per visit.

Many of our services and visits may be partially reimbursable by your insurance (depending on your coverage). You will receive an invoice that you may submit to your insurance company for our billable services. Please check with your insurance provider for reimbursement rate for out of network providers.

Hospital charges may differ. Child’s Light Pediatrics, Inc. is not a substitute for your health care insurance.

 

 

Scheduled Visits

Each Well Child Visit includes a full detailed Physical exam, developmental assessment, nutritional assessment, age-appropriate screens and vaccines.

1 Week            6 Months         18 Months

2 Weeks           8 Months         21 Months

1 Month         10 Months         24 Months

2 Months        12 Months        30 Months

4 Months        15 Months        36 Months

Then every 6 months until 5 years and anually after 5 years.
